do any of you know any programs like rocketdock and objectdock i tried rocketdock

I used a lot FSL launcher.

Now less. I am using now Power Tray.

Another interesting launcher I used intensivily is Launchy.

But the greatest program launcher I have with all types of interactivity help is Goldmine (a CRM, and from the records I launch every thing).
Sometimes I like use excel, or word menu to launch specific programs or utilities that are profusedly explained in the comments or the descrption given in excel/word.
