I can't find "execually" in my dictionary.   ::)

You really need to elaborate on what you want to do.  Is this a personal website or is it for business?  How many pages do you anticipate?  Do you have any knowledge of HTML?  Done any prior website work?  If so, how did you do it?  Do you have any web authoring software that you were thinking of using?

If you know how to design a layout and template, do it yourself.  If you don't know how, use someone else's (but use it legally!).  Just keep in mind that a pre-made template often has complications because it wasn't designed with your site and content in mind.
