I don't know how or why I have it on my laptop (wasn't always there) but Ahead Nero v8.x *keymaker* (Nero 8 Ultra Edition) is causing me major headaches! I can't delete temporary internet files or remove certain programs from the laptop. It's wee window just pops up and sometimes goes crazy with loads appearing along bottom bar. I have looked and looked but I cannot find out how to remove it. I'm now at the point of considering buying a new laptop just to escape it, but can ill afford to as I'm a student!!
Please, please can you help me?

If you've lost your connection, download the programs to a USB stick on a good PC and transfer them to your PC.
If you have difficulty, you may have to run them in safe mode, tap F8 at start, .
If you have difficulty, you may have to rename the programs when you save them.
If you get stuck on a step, proceed to the next .
Post the logs for step 3,4 and 6.

karnac the above , do you mean the likes of frostwire etc

If it's a P2P program and it's causing an issue the specialist can ask to have the program removed if he believes it may be the source of the problems.....I would assume all P2P are included.

P2P or File Sharing programs
by the above is that any program like frostwire , spotify , etc etc , because i have seen them in a lot of hjt logs
