Title: Extra Bar To Pin Icons On

Strange question, does any body know if there is a way to set a second start bar in Windows 7 that is only for clipping shortcuts to. The reason being that I like the idea of clipping shortcuts to the start bar but also like having a clear list of active programs/folders.

Btw avoid www.screensavers.com lots of viruses, adware, spyware and it directly asks for your personal details, just be sure.

why not just use a Quick Launch toolbar and put your shortcuts on it?
