Title: Help me with my spyware please.

Hi I've recently had a huge slow down in my computers speed and now have casino ads pop ups in internet explorer, I've attached a log file from Hijack this.

Any assistance would be much appreciated.

ok , now reboot , and wait for an expert to read hjt , i can not go any further , harry  :(

I have similar problems with spyware. Any experts out there who can assist please. Waiting in anticipation for a higher level of problem solvers......
