When down a program. And install on the computer (for installation I have no problem with) the program works normally and I use it
But when I reboot the computer or switch off the device to be used once again
Go to the program and I open it but it shows me the box is written:
Do you want to delete this shortcut?
And the program does not run at all
When I go to program folder in Program files
And click on the program shows me the box is written:
You don't have currently permission to access this folder

zf490, Could you please be more specific. Give us the names of some of the "programs" that you have downloaded that have created this difficulty. Then a reason may be forthcoming.truenorth

Regards. The problem is not related to a specific program. But I got with a lot of programs
-
How do you download them?
-
By the browser. Without the use of Software download ( example IDM ).
Knowing that I have been full scan with antivirus software. Kasparsky

Why the secrecy ? ?
What programs and from where ? ?
-
Also, what operating system do you run on your computer?
-
I took from the O/P's profile on the CH page that Vista is the O/S.However my suspicion is that it has more to do with "the programs" and perhaps the source. truenorth

zf490, There is really nothing that jumps out at me from you software programs or their source. All named are popular programs and so is the source. Therefore i am going to give you a few alternative links to one of the software download options and i would like you to try and see if it will affect your outcome. As you try them remember before trying another to remove via "add/remove" to remove the previous version so as to be creating a new install. I will start with VLC and if it alters the outcome we can look for alternatives to the others. goodluck, truenorth

When you DLoad an app where are you saving it to ? ?
1- the software installed Automatically in c:\ program files
And what method are you trying when installing it ? ?
Sorry. Possible question is not clear. But according to what I understand. Method is used according to instructions for downloading the program

zf490, I believe what patio is asking re the "install method" is NOT how you download it but once downloaded what is the method you are using to install the full program to the computer. Usually when one downloads a software program after the download completes a small window opens on your desktop asking whether you want to "run/ save/ cancel" the program. If you say run the installer window opens and you are guided through the installation (it usually firstly has you accept the terms or not accept the terms). If you click accept then you are led through the installation process. If on the other hand you had chosen "save" an opportunity would be presented for you to either have it automatically saved (which usually would direct it to C:/programs). However a browse option also exists at that point whereby you can choose a HDD location. It is in that method that i believe patio is asking his question.truenorth

well
I chose. Save. And usually save the program in e or d for store. Then follow the instructions for the installation. And install the program in c: program file
There is nothing distinctive

Are you a administrator on the machine?
-
zf490, Has this problem with your downloading and then losing access to them after a shutdown always existed on this computer? If not when did it start and what changes had you made to the software or hardware at that time?Is it happening to all software that you are currently trying to download and use? If not give us a few examples of programs that you have recently (since the problem began) downloaded and are using that are not affected in the same manner.truenorth

All the programs that download after the start of the disaster. Have the same problem. Frankly, I do not remember the error that has worked so

zf490, From a previous post of a similar problem to yours (i believe it was also in Vista) a solution was suggested that involved disabling windows installer and then doing the program download and install. I would like others to come forth before you try that route and comment on it's feasibility for a solution.truenorth

disabling windows installer
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\Installer
If the value of this per-computer system policy is set to "2", the Windows Installer is always disabled for all applications.
true or not
