Title: Help edit images on website (Xrays marked with arrows and annotations)

Hi there,
My computer runs Vista.  I'm a radiologist and am trying to put together lectures.
The images that I use from websites sometimes have arrows and annotations.  I would like to know a better way of saving the pictures from the sites (I've been using screen capture, which is not efficient) and to remove the annotations--as I will be testing the audience and don't want them to be clued in on the abnormal findings.
I have attached a link to some of the images that I want to save and edit.

Right clik each one and select Save as....
Then if any text needs cropped out use IrfanView...FREE.

Have you asked them for raw copies of the images?The images are part of a Adobe FLAH presentation. Hard to copy.

You'll need to download the flash video using RealPlayer or IDM or some video downloaded.
