Title: My wireless switch won't turn on, It just stays red?
Post by: Angelheart82 on November 14, 2009, 08:13:26 PM
In my device manager....Network Adapters has the yellow flag on all 6 6T04 Adapter and a yellow flag on isatap.{EA5FF2C4-9B79-4658-8F37-9DAD30F5…

Is the Network adapters the reason why I can't connect to my wireless? I tried to connect wireless when I was at the hospital and noticed my switch would stay red even when it's on the "On Side".

Would I have to uninstall it from the device manager? If I do, How do I reinstall it? I'm not sure if that's what I have to do or not but it's driving me crazy lol.

I'd appreciate the help a lot. Thanks!!

Yes ...this means the network driver is either missing or corrupt....

If you recieved a Driver CD with this machine the appropiate driver will be on it...

Thanks for answering my post.

I don't have a driver CD that went with my computer. It's a HP Pavilion dv9000 and it has vista (Which I really hate). My laptop is only a year old. I bought it from Wal-Mart.

Is there anything else I can do?

Thanks
Amanda

Your wireless driver is here:

Save it somewhere on your computer and then run it.
