Title: Virus Blocked Microsoft.com Or website related to It.

I found this problem last month when i wanna go to DL the msn messenger.
I thought The website Is down But It doesn't. My Cousin told Me that was a virus in my computer and blocking the website from my computer. Any Professional Can tell me how to cure this annoying virus?
