Let's start by running a full scan with both your AV and MalwareBytes. Let's rule out malware as the problem before we diagnose further.

I scanned all and it said that everything is clean...
I got AVG 9.0 free and malwarebytes.

Okay. Now please open Task Manager to the Processes tab. Click twice on "cpu" at the top of the cpu column to sort on that column with highest usage at the top. Next time the system freezes, see if a process is hogging the cpu.

None of them is really hogging.. two of em are going 1-4 cpu usage, but oh yeah, when my computer freezes i can't do anything. Can't even do task manager, and clicking doesn't work.

I don't understand. Either you did see the usage on task manager or you didn't.

I saw the usage. The total usage right now is 27% but the processes usage, most of them are 00 some are 1 and 2 though.

-----edit----

I see one right now that is using 90-100 Cpu... It is called the "System Idle Process"... Is that my problem?

You have multiple processes using the cpu, none more than two, but a total of 27%? That's VERY unusual.

Do you have access to an XP System or 2K system? If so, copy msconfig to your Vista system. If not, download msconfig (http://www.perfectdrivers.com/howto/msconfig.html). Then go to the startup tab and choose "selective startup" (disable everything from loading) and reboot. Do you still have the problem on a "clean boot"?

use "show processes from all users". the processes shown by the vista/7 task manager are by default only those started by the logged on user.

Windows vista comes with msconfig.

Thanks BC. For some reason I didn't think it did.

Go to START - RUN and type: msconfig (press ENTER) and follow the instructions above.

Yeah, I did the instructions... Now I'm waiting if it will freeze again....hope it won't

It froze again, and had to restart.
By the way, what about the "system Idle Process"? it uses 90-100 cpu...

If it doesn't you need to reopen msconfig and start adding items back one at a time, rebooting after each, until the problem recurs. Then you'll have identified the culprit. However, if the problem DOES recur even with a clean boot, it's either a hardware issue (temperature, ram, hd, etc) or malware.

System idle process shows how much of the cpu is NOT being used. The higher the number the better.

It still happens after a clean boot, but freezing is happening much faster now, when i started it in the morning it took like 30 mins now its like 10 minutes. I don't think it is a temperature problem, fan seems to be working fine... I can't figure it out grraaghhh!!! :-[

press the start button, type "cmd". Right click "cmd.exe" and select run as administrator.

Command prompt should start; type "chkdsk /r" and press enter. It will likely ask you if you want to dismount- say y. it will likely then say the volume is in use, yadda yadda, "do you want to schedule this disk check for when the system is rebooted?" or something along those lines. Say yes to that as well.

Once you finish that, reboot. Note this will take a LONG time, in the area of several hours, depending on hard drive size.
