hey everyone i am very new to any type of forum (this is my firs post ever unless you count facebook) i need some help.
i am a very experienced windows user and have no clue about this one. . . .
just today my computer started to freeze up. i found out if i lock the laptop and then unlock it explorer will start to work again. i can use any program i launch before it freezes. this is one of the weirdest things i have seen in a while. when it stops working i can not use my start bar, task manager, or any other window that runs off of explorer.exe also a new icon will show up in the area next to the battery on the bottom right side of the screen. i have attached a picture of it.
please help!!!

i just launched the task manager as soon as i started up my laptop and waited for it to freeze and that symbol to show up again and watched for a new process to show up. truthfully i think it was just luck.

Check "Programs and Features" for NetSetter/Marketscore

Check "Programs and Features" for NetSetter/Marketscore
neither where there i just went into my Program files (x86) folder and manually deleted the relevant knowledge file that contained the process and have had no issue since
