Title: INTERNET losing connection and errors on page

hello, i have a new toshiba laptop, and a 2wire router provided by the at&t company that set up out wireless connections,  when i browse the internet i would have windows pop up as unable to recieve connection, or error on windows explorer and must shut down, is this because of my cheapo router is there something i can do on my laptop to fix this, it says i have a full connection on the bars on my laptop, p.s. we have two other computers on the same router along with a xbox live setup, could this be lag from them?

Is it saying IE cannot display this page????? :-\
