Title: Install Problems hp officejet 8500 premier to vista

I get to 96% and get a fatail error mesage. then it finishes to a 100% but it dose not have all components in the hp solution center. have done a leave 3 uninstall but get same results.

Try cleaning the CD with a soft lint-free cloth....and/or DLoad a fresh copy of the software.
