Title: Unable to login in to windows profile

I have a problem logging into windows profile after typing in password and attempting to login a message apears telling me

The user profile service service failed the login
User profile cannot be loaded

that apears everytime i have been able to use the computer since. I hadnt turned off the computer in months and the harddrive is full except for about 50mb it is a acer mini desktop with windows vista installed

I have never encountered this problem or new anyone that has if anyone has a solution i would love to hear it

The first thing that I would recommend is freeing up some hard disk space.  Windows needs more space than that to function.

the thing is that this is my admin profile and the only one i have so i havnt been on the computer it has been sitting on the start screen where you enter the password for a few days and eachday i try logging in a couple times but does not work it shows the message in my original post above and the i click ok and it goes black for a second then back to where you enter password

Boot to safe mode
