my laptop fell down from table about 35cm tall.
i open up my laptop and saw is hang. so i restart and turn black screen after Dell loading is over.
I wait about 2 min and system32 drivers ntfs.sys missing or corrupt is show.

possibly hard drive is damaged; take laptop to repair shop.
