Also, when I drag a screen it makes duplicate shadow/copies of the screen sometimes. I'm thinking its a chip-set/graphic problem. I have tried everything that I know of. When I reinstall the driver it says something about file broken or missing every time. Below is my report from Everest.

The dragging is obvious, it means no VGA Card Driver has been installed, which also explains the video and sound not being in sync.

Is it obvious? Really? Next time I can do without the belittlement. Look, I appreciate any help I get here but I don't want to wait 2 days everytime to get a response like....."did you turn your CPU on?" Then 2 days later...did you download your driver??? I mean do really think I would copy my Everest report if I didn't check the basics? Again I appreciate the help but I will go to another forum if this is how it is. I understand I have to wait a bit to get a response. That's Fine. I'm very patient. But, at this rate...I could be somewhere else getting an educated solution in a far more timely manner because I'm not getting responses like "oh it's obvious (another words your an idiot)". You see when you reply with a message like that, then the other educated people on here bypass my thread thinking it's solved....Mr. Captain Obvious.
