Title: Monitor issue
Post by: MacPC on January 23, 2010, 05:31:38 AM
Hi,

I have Windows 7 PC, the video card is a nVidia 7300 GT, it has a DVI, VGA and a S-video output.
Both DVI and VGA work great in my dual screen configuration. I found a S-video to VGA adaptor so I hooked it up to the S-video output in the hope that I can have a third monitor, but I don't seem to get any signal from the S-video out. My question is is it even possible to have a three monitor system on a single video card?

Thanks.

That's going to be according to the capabilities of the video card. I would suggest you visit the nVidia web site and read the features on the card. Your card's manual may tell too. If you don't have it, you can likely download a manual there too.

Also check your card's driver utility software. On my dual monitor card, all the configuration settings were there, but the default was one screen.
