trying unsuccessfully to download the driver for printer HP 7350. Any suggestions would be appreciated. thanx!
-
trying unsuccessfully to understand your post. What EXACTLY is the problem you are having?
-
I followed the directions but nothing happened. it would not download.
-
I have no idea what you are talking about. Start at the beginning and explain what you are doing and what is happening. If you don't provide detailed information we cannot provide intelligent help.
-
It asked me lots of questions about my computer, but the model # for our computer was not in the drop down list.
-
You keep talking in riddles. If you are not prepared to provide a DETAILED description of your problem I, for one, cannot help.
-
I am not trying to be evasive or talk in riddles. I do not know how to describe the problem more articulately.
When I started to try to download the driver, there were several questions about what kind of a computer we have. One of the questions was what is the model number with a drop down menu to choose from. But the answer to the model number was not listed in the choices provided. So I was stuck and could not proceed.
Does this make more sense? Thank you.

YES - if we'd started with that we could have been done by now :)
Did you go here: http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/DriverDownload.jsp?prodNameId=72887&lang=en&cc=us&taskId=135&prodTypeId=18972&prodSeriesId=72885

Thank you, so far so good at going to that address you sent.
Now we're stuck again.
where do you plug in the USB cable on a lenovo computer? where is the outlet located? our computer does not look like the one pictured in the directions we are following.
-
I can't see your computer from here. Either it is equipped with usb ports or it isn't.
-
How would we find the usb ports and if we do how would we know which one is for the printer? are they marked or color coded in any way?
-
Alleluia!!! We got it! and the printer is actually working. Thank you so much for your help, Allan. We couldn't have done it without you --- obviously!
