Title: Lenovo Y510 775844Q Bluetooth Device not detected

Hello
         Everyone, I have encountered a acute hardware problem regarding my Lenovo Y510 775844Q Notebook PC where the Integrated Bluetooth device is not working while the associated WLAN is working fine. i have tired using the system restore and driver update, driver update process shows "NO bluetooth Device Found" , which may be due to permanent damage of the inbuilt bluetooth device which is Broadcom.

    Please Help me in finding a suitable solution for the Problem., thanks in Advance
