Title: Sleep Mode in Windows 7
Post by: makus55 on March 17, 2010, 06:36:12 AM
Stopped going into sleep mode. The settings are correct, after 30 minutes. The monitor goes off, but no sleep. I put it to sleep manually.
Any suggestions

Hi there, can you post your hardware and laptop/desktop brand/model number please?

If desktop, turn all power saving features off.
I don't expect those features working flawlessly even in Windows 27.

Agreed. Sleep and Hibernate have always been buggy (they work fine for some, not for others). A better solution is to set the hd and display to power down after a defined period of inactivity.
