 'c:\windows\system32\Tools\DelFolders.exe'
that words appear in my computer windows, i can't opened with out clicking the ok button under that words
what is the possible problem?
can you help me?

Is that the complete error message or is there more?  If so please post the entire error message.

Possible cure, Search for the file REBOOT.EXE and delete if found.

Unzip - close *all* instances of IE & OE, hit the executable and
follow
the prompts.
