Post by: netnerdnerd9 on April 07, 2010, 05:27:05 AM
In terms of deleting all my cookies, history ect which browser is the best or are they all the same?

I really have always wondered this question as I use pc's all over the place and I dont want people to be able to access my data at all.

Portable Apps.com (http://www.google.com/url?sa=t&source=web&ct=res&cd=1&ved=0CAgQFjAA&url=http%3A%2F%2Fportableapps.com%2F&ei=Eoy8S_HqNsr4nAezs6DTCA&usg=AFQjCNGe6PGbuO5doILWyNsMtO6XJBzDIQ&sig2=LZwq81GEmkRbyCb0AmXh2g)

Run Firefox from a thumb drive and take your info with you wherever you go with nothing left behind...

Both Firefox and Safari have features that deal with this issue.

Firefox will allow you to clear all data within a time period, eg: last 3 hours
