Title: Outlook 2002: how to block specific email sender

Hello,

Can someone please tell me if there is a way in Outlook 2002 to block a specific email sender (a person, not spam) and have that email RETURNED to
sender so they think your email address is no longer active?

I am taking necesaary steps to avoid being harrassed and I would prefer not to have to change my email address.

In case of abuse, contact either your Internet Service Provider or your E-mail service provider.
