Hackshield error 203 what does it mean? how can it be resolved?

okay i have posted this once but i didnt get a replay the first time i play this game called FreestyleStreetBasketball and about 2 major updates ago i was uploading it and then when i finished it the game started as usual but when the game begain loading a error popped up and it said Error code 203 Terminating game i can give u a screen shot but i have tried re-installing i have tried doing redgit find eaglent and deleting the Pending filenames file and i have tried using a vaccination program and still all of those methods have failed so now i have turned to here and im despret for anything to help my in this situation.(http://)
