Title: Microsoft Outlook 2007: user account settings Question?
Post by: suri70 on May 16, 2010, 09:57:01 AM
Hallo,
am using Microsoft Outlook 2007. I've a main e mail account  from my ISP and have created 2 further aliases e mail accounts. (Ex: [email protected], [email protected] and [email protected])
On my PC i've created three users (Windows Vista). When am logged in and open Mic Outlook i receive e mails from all the three e mail a/c's.
Now when i log off and second user logs and opens Microsoft Outlook, all the emails from all the three a/c's are delivered again.(And the same with third a/c).
How can i change the settings that when am logged in the email sent to me only are delivered in my Outlook(Ex:[email protected] only and not from two other e mail a/c's)
I called my ISP,who said, its a computer setting related issue, therefore they cannot help.
Any help is highly appreciated!
Thanks,
Suri
Vienna.

I believe this technique may be your solution: Create a new e-mail profile (http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook/HA101923281033.aspx?pid=CH100622151033)
