Hi there,

Is this a website that you've built yourself and during your viewing of it it's fine, then during F5 you get an error by any chance?

Why are you resurrecting old threads ? ?

Why are you resurrecting old threads ? ?

I saw there was no resolution and was just trying to help.  It's only from the start of this month.

If there is a rule on Computer Hope that we should stop offering assistance after so many days I'll adhere to this.  Can you advise me of the policy please?

Rgds,
MM

I'll chime in here.  I'm not aware of a policy concerning a specific number of days, but just look at the situation here. The original was not clear and forum member, Allan, indicated the need for clarification. The OP (original poster) has not responded, so it's highly unlikely he/she will respond at this point.

Hi Soybean,

Your explanation is a just one to which I'll take on board for future reference.  However, as a moderator Patio could have explained this the way you just have, instead of just butting in and asking why I'm resurrecting an old thread.  I felt it was a bit rude.

Thanks again for your explanation though :)
