Good evening...
I have a Dell Inspiron 1501 laptop and an old television that works A1 but only has an antennae connection and the antennae cable connector.
Can I somehow connect my laptop (which only has a VGA output and an output for headphones) to my television? If so I would like to play DVD's from my laptop and also .avi files if possible.
Any help/advice greatly appreciated as usual.
Gracias,
Samp

Thanks for the response; I expected as much but thought I would ask. I will check around and see if some amazing piece of electonics exists that would do the job though. As the saying goes "Ya never know".

What you need is a VGA to RF converter. Unfortunately, they are not easy to find anymore. Many years ago they were common, but I don't think any company is making new ones now. EBay may be your best bet.
If your TV has RCA input jacks you could also use a VGA to video converter (also not easy to find).
