Title: Where can I find a download site for outlook express for 64 bit windows 7

The search engine returns dozens of download sites for 64 bit Windows 7, but when I open the sites there is only information about outlook but no download offered.

outlook express is not available for Windows Vista or Windows 7.  outlook express ended with version 6 and requires Windows XP or earlier versions of Windows.

For Windows 7, Windows Live Mail is a good choice.  It's not bundled with Windows, so you need to download and install it.  You can get it here: http://explore.live.com/windows-live-mail
