Contact Toshiba with a Model and Serial #...
They will send out new discs...normally for just the cost of shipping.

already did that they want $40 for the recovery disks. is it worth it? I mean I downloaded the drivers and i have win xp home disks?
-
Only you can decide that...

I'll just install my own, im sort on money right now

What must it be reinstalled? Anything we can help with?

I don't need help reinstalling it thanks, I just wanted to know weather there was a back-up partition on it before i wiped it I guess I just need to reinstall using my own disks.

Yokay fair enough. Any Windows Disc should be able to do that.
Btw you should be able to find parItion information in Disk Management, if that helps.
-
thanks Ill try that before i reinstall, were can i find disk management in accesories?

Not on a Windows machine ATM, but I believe you right click My Computer and click Manage.
