Title: Computer displays load error...

 :-/  My computer displays a load error and will not let me go any further.  This error message comes on as soon as I turn on my computer.  I have tried deleting everything and reinstall Windows three times and nothing.  This load error still comes on......

HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :o

Not nearly enough information. We need your version of Windows and the exact message you're getting.
