I uploaded a video yesterday and today, but no one is receiving them. The videos are showing that they are completely uploaded. I should have a lot more views than 4 in a couple hours time. They only way I can send the video is by emailing them to my subscribers! I'm doing everything right! Could it be You Tube acting up as usual? Thanks.

What is your channel? I hate to sound mean, but you probably just arn't popular at all. A big percantage of Youtube's videos have less than 1000 views after being around for a year or two. You can't expect to upload a video and suddenly get a million views.
-
but if you're averaging, let's say, 100 views per video and all videos have more than 4 or 5 viewers within 3 hours, something's fishy.

I have over 150 subscribers. I'm not new to Y.T.

After over 2 hours, my video started showing up to my subscribers. I guess Y.T. is acting up as usual. Thanks for your reply.

The term subscribers surprised me. Are these people paying you to watch your videos?
If so, YT may have a problem with that.
-
No. It's people that subscribed to my Y.T. channel.

you subscribe to a channel and whenever a video gets posted, you should be alerted to it so you can go watch it. It's free like youtube itself is free.

As I'm sure you have guessed, I don't spend that much time on You Tube.

It was a little noticeable. :P
