Title: MS Outlook - how to change left hand margin on email

Hello
I have a staff member who is having difficulty in getting her margins on her emails to move to the right by about 1".  She is using MS Outlook (I have MS O/L Express so it is a different interface).  Any suggestions 'cos when she prints off her email for filing - when hole punched, it takes out some of the email. Thanks!
