Title: Network Connectivity

Good Morning,

I have a user who has been experiencing network connectivity problems every morning he comes to work. I go to the patch panel and change his port and the customer receives connection, and everything is fine until the next working day.

Anyone has an idea what could be causing this?

could it be the ethernet cable on the actual patch panel?

could it be the drop?

or could it be his NIC card? (even though when I switch ports on the switch he get connection.)
