Hello and thanks for any help.
I'm using a Brother MFC495CW and trying to print from a windows vista laptop via bluetooth or wireless. The printer is getting the signal from the computer.
It has worked in the past. I just replaced the black cartridge today. I've tried multiple cartridges so the problem is not a defective cartridge.
I've forced the cleaning of the printer heads more times than I can count and the three colors print fine in a test print but the black does not print at all. The printer recognizes a black cartridge full of ink.
Im assuming that there is a problem somewhere between the cartridge and the paper. Either the head or the line that delivers the ink but I cant find any info on accessing these parts and either cleaning or replacing them.
