Title: Help Please! I have a virus or something affecting my PC.

I've tried to open AVG for a scan or any other virus software but it wouldn't open or scan not even to download a virus software. And also can't surf the net only through safe mode. Please help what's the soloution?

Try running malwarebytes on the computer in Safe mode.

If that doesn't work, suggest going through the readme first post.
