Title: one folder not access

On one office  it has more than 10 computers, they share one folder .all computer works properly until this week , but now sometimes when I want  to open that share folder  it comes massage it says  “you might not have permition to use this network resource .
No more connection ca be made to this remote computer at this time because there are already as many connections as the computer can accept .

This massage appears on different  computer

I know i'm being pedantic, but it's more of a statement than a question.
