Title: Fake security blocked from internet

Sorry I know that this has probably been posted a million times and I have read some.  I got the your system is under protected fake Microsoft screen.  I have tried running Malwarebytes and the four rkills with nothing found.  At this point I have lost the security screen, but it still won't locate the internet.
