i am New In Linux Enviroment ,please let me know the exact link & Documentation to learn how to install server & monitoring , please Help i am  fresher

I'd suggest this site (http://www.linux.org/docs/howto.html), of course the different distros do have some variations, this should still be applicable for most things.
