Title: Computer restarts for no reason when playing games...
Post by: frappim on December 04, 2010, 08:18:41 PM
and when i log back into windows it says "your system has recovered from a serious error"... so i send the error report and an internet window pops up saying:

Address a problem with C-Media Audio Driver (cmaudio.sys)

C-Media Audio Driver (cmaudio.sys) has stopped working properly.

it seems to happen alot when my cpu is running full or near full...

Unfortunately, Microsoft can't provide you with specific information about how to resolve this problem at this time. To find out if a solution or an updated version of this file is available, we recommend that you contact C-Media Electronics Inc., the manufacturer or distributor of C-Media Audio Driver (cmaudio.sys).

this happened 2 times to me today while i was playing Roller Coaster Tycoon 3 although it happened to me MANY times before.
