Post by: ScottyKenya on January 12, 2011, 06:37:31 PM
I recently loaded a new browser ( Opera ) Had some problems and uninstalled it. Now when creating a shortcut to a web page  I click on it to open and I get this message...Files do not have a   program associated with it.Create an association in the Folder Options control Panel.??? Can anyone help? Windows 2000 OS

Travel to your Folder options then and look for the file type that is missing.
