Title: Does not run my harddrive

When i start my PC my harddrive does not run.
I also try it in another PC with another data cable.
HDD manufacture : seagate
HDD model : sata 7200.12
Is this a media or logic board problem ?  ???

How do you know the drive isn't spinning?

bcoz there isnt generate any vibration and noice in HDD

It means it can not repair by replacing the logic board ???

Where would you get a logic board for the drive?
I'll answer for you:  from a new identical drive.
You answer this:  why would you want to do this?

sir i'm a hardware student and i dont have many more knowdge about it.
But i want to try it as a expriment.
