Title: Is it possible to run Apple OS on a dell?

Everybody knows that the new Apple computers can run Microsoft OS. Is it possible to run Apple OS on a Dell computer?
If Not, what computers can?

Yes it is possible to hack PCs to run Mac OS, it seems to be a complicated process though. Check this out:
