Title: Word doc has frame ??
Post by: eddie460 on March 12, 2011, 03:36:28 PM
I have downloaded several recipes from various places.  All are in MSWord2007.  When I display one,  in word, to work on, I find it has a frame around it. A frame like you will get around a picture displayed on word.  It has nodules that allow you to stretch and pull the picture from the sides or corners.  How do I get rid of this frame, and what is it called?  It will not allow me to do anything to the document.
Using win7, MS Word 2007
Thanks, eddie460

Can you copy the text inside the frame and paste it in a new document?

Try something... Open it with Notepad to modify it. The text will be there too.

Possibly it is in fact an image, a scanned one?
