Title: FILEZILLA

What is a File Zilla?  Since I was not getting connected to a particular site on the net, I was advised by someone to download this FileZilla and then proceed. Accordingly (without any knowledge) I have downloaded this FileZilla. But there are so many instructions etc.

What is the use of this?

Is it safe to  use this?

How to proceed ?

[ Mine is Windows7 OS]
Any help will be appreciated.

As the link posted by Allan says, it's an FTP software.  You use it to upload and download files to/from a web server.  FTP software is often used by web developers to upload the web pages developed on their PC to a web server hosting the website.
