Hello,
I missed the old days playing this game so I tried to install it again but i get a very frustrating error -1610 right at the start of instalation :-X Windows Install CleanUp Utility didn't work :'( so please help...

That's an error with InstallShield, causes explained in the link (no given solutions for an end user though):

This is a Microsoft Windows Installer initialization error message that occurs when launching a corrupt Windows Installer-based package. This corruption can be caused by authoring errors in the setup itself, a virus, insufficient disk space when the setup was built or other reasons.
While they don't explain how to fix it, there are sources out there that do explain how to fix it. Seems to be a rather complicated process though. I wasn't able to find anything relating to this and Fable, but there are explanations for other games that use InstallShield. Search for some of those.

If this error occurs while attempting to install a setup, follow these steps:
1.Open the project.
2.Select Build > Release Wizard.
3.Enter a new Product Configuration name in the Product Configuration panel.
4.Enter a new Release name in the Specify a Release panel.
5.Select the desired options for the other panels.
6.Build the installation with these new options.
What do they mean 'Select Build > Release Wizard' ?

what if i just try to get an alternative install program if that's possible?

As I said, those aren't instructions for an end user (meaning people actually installing the software). Those are instructions for companies making an installer with InstallShield. Hence why I said they offer no solution for you. That's the website of the company that makes InstallShield, and they don't offer technical support for games that use InstallShield. For that, you'd have to go to the company directly, but since the game is 6 years old, you might not have much luck, as they no longer support it (it's not listed on any of the associated companies' support pages anymore).
Your best bet is to take the time to search around through Google or whatever search engine you prefer, and gather up some solutions. I've seen them out there, but I don't have the time just now to search for them for you.
Search for "fable installshield error 1610", without the "-". Try other variations, like "installshield error 1610".

Actually CH forum is my last resort - I ask here only if I can't find a solution by myself. I tried google and got no results :-\
