Title: Got a few big problems see if you can help!!

First here's a hijackthislog IDK what I need to do http://mibpaste.com/ECsH9R

Second, I have two hard drives, one with Vista and one with XP in the same Computer. Vista works but XP gets a black screen with a blinking underscore. I don't know how to fix that.
I've run rkill.exe, rkill.com, rkill.scr then scanned with Malwarebytes it found 7 viruses. I also ran Microsoft Security Essentials it didn't find anything, and lastly ran Spybot S and D.

I can't find what is causing the problem. So if anyone can help me let me know!! Thanks!
