Title: windows vista error message C:\Windows\system32\config\systemprofile\desktop

when my laptop starts up when its complete I get told there is an error C:\Windows\system32\config\systemprofile\desktop
Everything has gone from my desktop escept my computer. Every time I try to do something it says I have no access and when I try a Windows update it fails it and gives error message :80070426. I really need help!
