Title: driver for bluetooth peripheral device

I’m trying to connect a Bluetooth device to my computer but it says it needs a bluetooth driver. Tried to search for one on the internet, but I’m not sure if it will be compatible to my system. I’m trying to search for any generic Bluetooth drivers out there but can’t seem to find one. Any recommendations?

1.  Goes the system have Bluetooth built in?  if so got to the computers manifracture site and get the drivers.

What is the computers make and model?
OS?
