after reloading winxp i received this message: we apologize for inconvenience but windows did not start successfully . a recent hardware or software change might have caused this ( safe mode including all the steps di not help.)

How did you "reload" XP ? ?
Where is this XP CD from ? ?
A re-install will not produce this error message....
