i wnt to buy(assemble) a new CPU for home use
nd i can spend upto Rs.10,000/- (indian Rs.)
which wld be bst deal for me

That is about  223 USD or 210 AUD and you would want to buy locally if you could. If you can locate the monitor, power supply and case in your area, you will save on shipping cost.
There are many good motherboards with CPU for under $140, but it is hard to know if they are available in your part of the world. You may want to check out eBay for your region and see if you can buy the motherboard, CPU and RAM and have it shipped to you. Depending on what import regulations are.

I just saw a USED AMD MOTHERBOARD WITH ATHLON CPU WITH 1GB RAM. for  Rs. 2,150
He says he will ship if free.

Please understand, I have no idea of how reliable eBay is in India. This is only a suggestion. The AMD CPU is a good choice for performance and economy.
